Although the The Raw food Diet usually consists of 70% of food intake coming from fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouted grains and beans, it is acceptable to gently heat food if the temperature remains under 118 degrees Fahrenheit to keep the vitamins in the food, as we know that cooking alters the chemistry of foods, As your personal coach I will help you understand how these foods benefit your body and how to incorporate them into your daily life. I will prepare a personalised plan to supercharge your health by eating delicious and nutritious food. I will also provide you with a list of equipment needed (you will have most of this, e.g. a blender) and many delicious recipes so you to start straight away, but with a proper transition phase. However, if you wish to try raw food as a short-term plan, I can design a customed 30-Day Raw Food Program for you with easy-to-use meal plans and delicious recipes. CONSULTATION OUTLINE 90 Minute Stand Alone Consultation Clients need to complete an in-depth lifestyle and nutrition questionnaire for us to discuss at the first consultation. During the first detailed one-to-one session we will go through your medical history, allergies, lifestyle, and likes & dislikes, establish your goals, and review your current nutrition. I will also check your body’s acidity levels with an alkaline test. We will then discuss the raw food diet benefits and details, equipment needed, and Q & A session.minutes.I will provide you with a customised Meal Plan by email, if you only wish to book a session instead of a package. For those clients booking a package: . On the second visit, I will provide you with a personalised easy-to-follow Meal Plan Advice, a diary for you to fill in your mood, food, and questions for us to discuss at each follow-up session, and have a Q&A session, The second session will last 45 minutes. The 3rd and 4 sessions will last 30 minutes each. We will discuss your progress, feedback, review and have Q & A and plan.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that we require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation. If you give us notice within 24 hours of your appointment time there will be a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. If you fail to turn up to your appointment without any notice there will be a charge of 100% of the treatment cost. Thank you for your understanding.
