More people all over the World are adopting a plant base diet, motivated by one or all these factors: Animal welfare, Environmental issues or Personal well-being Whatever your motivation, many health professionals agree that plant-based diets are the healthiest, because they contain foods which are high in dietary fibre, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which are necessary for the optimal functioning of our bodies. Plant-based diets have been shown to: • Prevent obesity • Lower cholesterol • Lower blood pressure • Reduce risk of cardiovascular disease • Lower risk of some cancers • Lower risk of diabetes • Increase energy. • Improve sleep • Improve brain function • Improve symptoms of autoimmune disorders If you decide to follow this diet, it is important to ensure that you are transitioning properly As your personal advisor, I offer you guidance once I understand your lifestyle and medical history, to ensure that you are eating all the necessary nutrients. CONSULTATION OUTLINE 90 Minutes Stand Alone Consultation Clients need to complete an in-depth lifestyle and nutrition questionnaire for us to discuss at the first consultation. During the first detailed one-to-one session we will go through your medical history, allergies, lifestyle, and likes & dislikes, establish your goals, and review your current nutrition. I will also check your body’s acidity levels with an alkaline test. We will then discuss the plant-based diet benefits and details and have a Q & A session. I will provide you with a customised Meal Plan by email, if you only wish to book a session instead of a package. For those clients booking a package: On the second visit, I will provide you with a personalised easy-to-follow Meal Plan Advice, a diary for you to fill in your mood, food, and questions for us to discuss at each follow-up session, and have a Q&A session, The second session will last 45 minutes. The 3rd and 4 sessions will last 30 minutes each. We will discuss your progress, feedback, review and have Q & A and plan going forward to ensure you stay on track. Weekly visits are the most effective. Note: An allergy test might be necessary between the first and second visit, before proceeding with the diet plan.


Cancellation Policy

Please note that we require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation. If you give us notice within 24 hours of your appointment time there will be a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. If you fail to turn up to your appointment without any notice there will be a charge of 100% of the treatment cost. Thank you for your understanding.
