Service Description

Mindfulness is a very powerful tool that helps individuals adopt a new mindset and assist them with the management of anxiety, stress and other nervious disorders. Mindful practice can also support any medical treatment used in helping to overcome panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder (ODC), depression, and addiction. . At the sessions, I will provide you with a framework to help alter any negative outlook through focusing your awareness on the present moment. This will help you notice and change negative thinking, and enable you to embrace positive imagining as a way of life. . We will explore 3 concepts of mindfulness: • Awareness (both internal and external) • Non-judgement (of others and ourselves) • Living in the present moment (including how to avoid ruminating on past negative experiences). . I will also provide you with exercises to help you practice these concepts, and learn how to cultivate compassion, kindness and gratitude, as well as how to set emotional boundaries. . *Mindfulness can also be used as a group therapy and as a management tool for stress reduction and team-building in work environments.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that we require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation. If you give us notice within 24 hours of your appointment time there will be a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. If you fail to turn up to your appointment without any notice there will be a charge of 100% of the treatment cost. Thank you for your understanding.
