Service Description

CBT is a combination of psychotherapy and behavioural therapies that focuses on addressing and changing a person’s challenging emotional issues to achieve a happier life. While psychotherapy emphasizes on the importance of the personal meaning that a client places on things and how most thinking patterns are formed in childhood, behavioural therapy emphasizes on the relationship between personal problems and the way that an individual behaves and thinks, hence providing a great combination of techniques to help clients focus and think about themselves, the world around them and other people. This awareness leads to positive changes that help clients improve their lives and help them achieve their goals.


Cancellation Policy

Please note that we require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation. If you give us notice within 24 hours of your appointment time there will be a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. If you fail to turn up to your appointment without any notice there will be a charge of 100% of the treatment cost. Thank you for your understanding.
