Our wellbeing depends on the health of our mind, body and spirit which are dependent of the energies in our body, therefore when our energy is out of balanced it affects our health. We have major energy centres known as chakras that are responsible for our energetic, emotional, physical, psychological, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Balancing and unblocking the 7 chakras is an effective way of bringing back balance and harmony to the body, mind, and emotional being. An aura is an energy field that surrounds a person, and it is made up of coloured layers. This field can only be sensed, but experienced people can see it too. We all gather energies in our daily life, therefore, regular cleansing is recommended to get rid of unwanted energies, avoid attracting illnesses and lower unhealthy vibrations. TREATMENT OUTLINE For this therapy I sense the colours that dominate the client’s aura in order to cleanse and stimulate each of the layers. I first cleanse the aura with my hands smeared in specific cleansing oil while the client stands. Then I place 7 crystals over the 7 chakra points with the client lying down and fully clothed, while I use my crystal pendulum to clear blockages and help meridian energy to flow. Finally, I stimulate the aura and balance the client’s energy. The treatment lasts 50 minutes. Please allow 1 hour. The first session includes an in-depth consultation and analysis before the healing session. Before and after each subsequent session, I have a brief review and feedback with the client.
